This covers lastminutedealshq.com and ai-visibility.lastminutedealshq.com. Short version: no accounts, no tracking cookies, nothing you type into a checker is stored. What is stored (signups, paid monitoring subscriptions, and basic request logs) is described exactly below.
What the checkers do with what you type
The AI visibility checker, the robots.txt checker and the llms.txt tool all fetch public files from the site address you enter (robots.txt, the homepage, sitemap.xml, llms.txt) and show you the result. The address you type is not written to a database or log file anywhere.
Basic request logging
Like most sites, requests here are logged for measuring real usage: the page requested, the referring site if any, a country derived from the connection (not your IP address, which is not stored), a timestamp, and a coarse classification of whether the request looks like a browser, a known AI crawler, or an automated script. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not a per-person profile, and it is never sold or shared.
If you sign up to be notified
The "monitor my site" forms on this domain store the email address and the site address you type, with a timestamp, so the signup can be honored and you can be contacted about it. It is not shared with anyone else. Email reese@lastminutedealshq.com at any time to have it removed.
If you subscribe to paid monitoring
The paid monitoring service stores your email address, the site you asked to monitor, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, a daily snapshot of that site's public check result, and delivery records for the alerts you paid for. Payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; card numbers never touch this site. Your email address is also registered with Cloudflare's email delivery service so alert emails can reach you, which is why you get a one-time verification link from Cloudflare when you subscribe. Cancel anytime through the subscription portal linked in your confirmation; email reese@lastminutedealshq.com to have your data removed after cancellation.
Third parties
Pages load one third-party resource: the Hanken Grotesk typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch it. Hosting, request routing and alert-email delivery run on Cloudflare. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. None of these are used for advertising or tracking by this site.
