The AI visibility checker, the robots.txt checker and the llms.txt tool all fetch public files from the site address you enter (robots.txt, the homepage, sitemap.xml, llms.txt) and show you the result. The address you type is not written to a database or log file anywhere.

Like most sites, requests here are logged for measuring real usage: the page requested, the referring site if any, a country derived from the connection (not your IP address, which is not stored), a timestamp, and a coarse classification of whether the request looks like a browser, a known AI crawler, or an automated script. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not a per-person profile, and it is never sold or shared.

The October re-run forms on this domain (the ones that ask for a site and an email) store the email address and the site address you type, with a timestamp, so I can count how many people are interested. Nothing is emailed to that address; the October results are posted on /data. It is not shared with anyone else. Email reese@lastminutedealshq.com at any time to have it removed.

The list page on the checker site (/leads) has a form for a free 25-row sample. It stores the email address you type, the market you picked, a timestamp, and a one-way hash of your connection's IP address, used only to limit samples to three a day per connection (the hash cannot be turned back into the address). A paid list subscription stores your email address (as Stripe gives it to us at checkout), the plan, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, a random token for your private list page, and how many rows you downloaded this month. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. Nothing is emailed: your private link is shown on the page you land on after checkout. A visit to your list page is counted in the request log without its address. The paid monitoring service stores your email address (as Stripe gives it to us at checkout), the site you asked to monitor, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, a random private link token for your status page, and a daily snapshot of that site's public check result. Payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; card numbers never touch this site. Results are shown on your private status page and its Atom feed. Pages load one third-party resource: the Hanken Grotesk typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch it. Hosting and request routing run on Cloudflare. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe sends its own payment receipts; this site sends no email. None of these are used for advertising or tracking by this site.
